Lindsay Wagner, MA, LCPC, EMDR Trained
Lindsay is a clinical therapist, who supports adolescents and adults in healing from trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. She has advanced training in EMDR and specializes in trauma-focused and solution-focused therapy, helping clients gently identify and address the root causes of distress. Lindsay integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices, with the intention of personalizing each session to the individual. Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when both the mind and nervous system feel safe and supported.
She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Adler University, with a specialization in Forensic Psychology, where she developed a deeper understanding of trauma and the complex experiences that shape a person’s story. She recognizes that trauma is often held in the body as much as in thoughts and memories, so therapy often includes building regulation, awareness, and a sense of safety alongside practical coping tools.
Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. Lindsay is committed to creating a calm, grounded therapeutic space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they develop resilience, clarity, and meaningful, lasting growth.
