Specialties

At Create Anew Wellness, we provide individualized care designed to support emotional well-being and meaningful change. Our approach is personalized to meet you where you are, whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or continuing a long-standing commitment to your growth.

Mood & Emotional Health

Therapy focuses on strengthening emotional regulation, developing coping strategies, and improving overall quality of life regardless of one’s need for support with anxiety, depression, or other mood-related concerns.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply, we specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood instability, stress, and emotional overwhelm.

Art Therapy

Art Therapy integrates creative expression into the therapeutic process. Through guided use of art materials, you can explore emotions, process experiences, and gain insight while in a supportive environment. No artistic experience required.

This therapeutic approach is especially helpful for those experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma by engaging in the creative process. Individuals can access and release emotions, reduce stress, and develop healthier coping strategies.

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Our trauma-informed approach prioritizes safety, empowerment, collaboration, and choice. We move at a pace that feels supportive and respectful, creating a grounded space for meaningful healing. We also provide EMDR therapy and EMDR Intensives as options for processing trauma and supporting lasting change.

Rather than “What’s wrong with you?”, trauma-informed therapy gently explores “What happened to you?” by honoring your story without judgment.

EMDR Intensive Therapy

EMDR intensives are extended, focused therapy sessions designed to help you process and resolve trauma more efficiently than traditional weekly appointments. Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), intensives allow us to dedicate several hours, or multiple consecutive days, to targeted healing work without the interruption of week-to-week gaps.

This format is ideal for individuals who feel stuck in traditional therapy, want to address a specific traumatic event, are preparing for or recovering from a major life transition, or prefer a shorter, concentrated treatment timeline.
